In our early days we were still dependent on fast deliveries, but now we are gradually switching to sea freight. Large deliveries by air freight release up to 35,000 kilograms of CO², which we can now save a large part of with a clear conscience. A ship takes much longer to travel, requires longer planning and longer pre-financing. You can probably imagine that a newly founded start-up does not yet have these options.
We are therefore very pleased that we can now ship the largest deliveries by sea freight!
Smaller deliveries still have to be sent by air freight. However, we are continuing to work on ensuring that these will also be sent by sea freight in the long term.
